Video footage can be edited non-linearly on our Final Cut HD (Studio Package, Version 5) or optional Avid systems. Our backup service can be tape-based, on optical disc or digital file for extra security and reliability. A full-featured dubbing facility is in place to offer a wide variety cross-format transfers (VHS, Umatic, Beta SP, DV and HDV, DVC-PRO and DVC-PRO HD, Digibeta and HDCAM) and standards conversion (from PAL to NTSC and vice-versa). Tape striping with timecode/bars and clock creation are also available.

MWDIGITALENCODING

Edited or unedited footage can be transcoded into all digital file-based formats (Quicktime, AVI, Windows Media, MPEG or GIF sequences) for delivery on CD-ROM, Video CD, portable devices such as mobile phones and internet broadcasting. Also available is the encoding into MPEG2 for distribution on DVD (SD) or into the new MPEG4 standard (H.264 compliant) for high-quality Hi-Definition DVDs. A full SD/HD DVD authoring* service is available with optional multi-language subtitling, menu creation (with Adobe Photoshop) and stereo or surround 5.1 Dolby Encoding for sound.

EDITING
The full-featured Final Cut Pro HD platform can handle all multitrack SD and HD resolutions up to 10-bit uncompressed. Mutlicamera editing, titles & special effects such as color keying are available as standard.

COLOR CORRECTION
Grading and basic compositing of still and moving footage is achievable on a choice of systems like Adobe After Effects, Discreet Combustion and Apple's FCPro HD.

DVD AUTHORING
Full DVD authoring services are available with still/motion menus, multiple angles and languages, subtitles and Surround Sound - from scratch or from existing material.
